Step by step information
How to make pasta with a white sauce
 A) Prepare the white sauce.
 1. Heat a frying pan, add two tablespoons of butter. You will have to use salted or unsalted butter.
 2. When the butter melts and begins to foam, add one tablespoon of wheat flour or two tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
 3. Using a wire whisk, whisk quickly while adding the flour. Keep stirring to avoid lumps. Frequent stirring will make dinner preparation more manageable. Stir to see the flour boil and foam. Stir until the flour is lightly browned. Do not let the flour burn.
 4. Reduce heat to low and finely chop 1 cup of cold milk with one hand, then mix the sauce with the other hand. The milk should be out so that it doesn't become lumpy.
 5. Stir constantly while the milk is warming up.
 6. cook over low heat until thickened
 7. Remove from the hot pan and add seasoning - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, ground or grated nutmeg, and salt to taste.
 9. Mix well and set aside. Understand that the sauce will thicken as it cools and keep the consistency.
