This stuffed garlic bread recipe is inspired by the Dominos Stuffed Garlic Bread, a homemade recipe for creamy, sticky garlic bread.

Recipe for Garlic Dough.
 ● First, place hot milk, sugar and live dry yeast in a large bowl, mix well, cool in a warm place for 10 minutes, and then activate the yeast for 10 minutes.
 ● After 10 minutes the yeast will activate, please leave it in a warm place for 10 minutes, (* you will start to see tiny bubbles).
 ● Also add butter, maida (flour of all subjects), salt, butter is not necessary here.
 ● Then add garlic, oregano and chopped red pepper flakes and knead the dough efficiently for at least 10 minutes (to activate the gluten), adding one or two extra tablespoons of water if the dough is too tight.
 ● If the dough is not clean and elastic, garlic bread will be challenging to chew.
 ● The proof of the dough. Spread the butter evenly over the bowl and the dough, cover the dough with a cloth or plastic film and leave to dry for 2 hours.

● Mix the melted butter, garlic and parsley or coriander leaves in a small bowl.

● Press the leavened dough into a live baking pan, as the dough should double in volume after one hour.


● Sprinkle a large amount of cornflour (also called Makki ka atta in Hindi) on a flat surface and roll the dough into a circle.


● Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spread butter on it, transfer the prepared circle to the baking sheet and generously spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough.


● Also, spread the cooked sweet corn and high mayonnaise mozzarella cheese in half of the circle. Also, season with hot pepper flakes and high-grade oregano.


● Fold the dough into a semi-circle and close the outer edge tightly. Otherwise, the cheese will come out.


● You can then enjoy brushing the cooked garlic butter with chilli flakes and oregano seasoning.


● Mark the garlic bread on a baguette without cutting it at all.


● Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.


● While baking, shape the garlic bread into breadsticks.


● Serve with mayonnaise, cream cheese or garlic.
